Pre-event

  • You do, as the people booking into events are there to meet people of the ages promoted.

    However, we do allow a 12 month leeway, but please get in touch with us prior to purchasing a ticket.

    Please note you will be required to bring ID on entry.

  • You might have. Please check your junk inbox first in case it has landed in there (and make sure you mark us as a trusted sender so you don’t miss future communications).

  • We don’t issue refunds, unfortunately. However, we do allow transfers to another event if you advise us within writing, 7 days out prior to the event.

  • Yes, you are able to transfer your ticket to someone in the same age group, but we need you to advise us within writing, 7 days out prior to the event.

At event

  • No printing necessary. The host will have your name at the door, however, please ensure you are able to show us the confirmation on your phone if requested.

  • Just your ID and your fabulous self!

  • There is a designated host that will be running your event, and they are happy to answer any questions that you might have during the event.
